🔑 Authentication Principles

API authentication is token-based with API keys.
All requests must be signed with a private key.
Requests must be sent over HTTPS.

Generate Key Pair:

openssl genrsa -out private.key 4096
openssl rsa -in private.key -pubout -out public.key

Share your public key with us to request an API key.
Store your private key and API key securely.
Include the API key in the [X-Api-Ke](<https://vialet.notion.site/12a418f30ba580ac92c5c04247c0efc7>)y header for all requests.
